Cutline Print USA turns printed sheets into shapes that fold: cut, creased, scored and perforated to the die line agreed with the client.
This site explains what we cut, how a job is set up and how to send one over. Nothing is ordered or paid for here.
Printed sheets cut to shape with a steel-rule die, and the first sheet checked against the drawing before the rest follow.
Creases set to suit the board and the grain, so boxes, folders and cards fold clean instead of cracking along the line.
Tear-off perforations and kiss-cut labels, with the cutting depth tried on the actual stock rather than guessed.
Your die line looked over before anything is cut: bleed, tolerances and fold direction sorted out while a change still costs nothing.
Settings noted for every job, so a reorder comes off the press matching the first batch.
What do you need from me to quote a job?
The die line or a sample of the finished piece, the stock, the sheet size and the quantity. With that we can tell you what the job involves and when it can run.
Can you work with a die I already have?
Often, yes. Send the details of the die first and we will confirm whether it suits the job before any sheets are shipped.
Why do creases crack, and how is that avoided?
Cracking comes from a crease that is too deep or runs against the grain of the board. The crease is tested on the same stock first and adjusted before the run.

This site charges nothing. There is therefore nothing to refund for anything done on this page. The rules below apply to amounts paid to us directly at a later stage, and they are set out here so they are known before any payment is made.
Where a deposit is paid to secure an order or a booking, it is refundable in full if you cancel before we begin the work. We issue the refund within 10 business days of the written request, to the same account the payment came from.
If we cannot deliver what was agreed, for any reason attributable to us, every amount you paid is returned in full, with no deduction and no administrative fee.
When work is already under way, the refund is the part not yet spent on materials or labour, with the deduction itemised in writing before payment.
